Victoria L. “Vicki” (Kjos) Wetter, age 74 of Boscobel, died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 26, 2026 following a brief illness. She was born to the late Vernon and Dorothy (Elliott) Kjos in La Crosse, WI on September 2, 1951. She married Bradley Wetter in Boscobel on August 26, 1972 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Vicki was the very heartbeat of her family. She was a generous and loving woman. Over the years, Vicki was employed at Busy Bee Café, Advanced Transformer, Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, and tutored students at the Boscobel Elementary School.
Vicki never missed out on the opportunity to share her love of baking with her family and friends. Her favorite holiday was any holiday she spent with her family. If you wanted something done and done right, you could always rely on Vicki to be there.
She is survived by her husband Bradley Wetter of Boscobel; sons Tory (Lara) Wetter of Boscobel, Trever (Ivy Riemenapp) Wetter of Mount Horeb, and Tagen (Jamie) Wetter of Boscobel; grandchildren Tayler (Adon) Brown, Leah (Noah LaLande) Wetter, Cozy, Mason, Dayna, and Lily Wetter; and Kyli Riemenapp; along with great-grandchildren Rylynn and Elowen. She is further survived by her brothers and sisters Gary (Sharon) Kjos, Jeff (Lori) Kjos, Tommy (Deb) Kjos, Clarice Winter, and Rita (Tom) Sanger; sister-in-law Marla Knudson, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Vernon Kjos, sister Sonja, parents-in-law Allen and Ruth Wetter, and sister-in-law Helen Wetter.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at the Boscobel Bowl & Banquet, 16971 US Hwy 61, Boscobel with Rev. Lance Wetter officiating. A visitation will be held at the bowling alley from 9:00 am until the time of the service. She will be laid to rest in the Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
